Mechanical Air
Service, Inc since its inception in 1977 has been committed to serving
the community in many ways. Our team members serve on advisory boards,
volunteer their time, and we reach out to those in need. These services
can be in many forms such as:
· Volunteering
labor
· Providing free engineering and or technical support to
non-profit organizations.
· Financial support
Mechanical Air
Service supports several community-based organizations throughout
the year.
In 1985 Mechanical
Air Service changed its policy regarding giving small gifts to our
clients and vendors. Instead, we are committed to providing significant
financial support during the holiday season to several organizations
that provide direct services and assistance to those in need. The
organizations are:
· City
Team Ministries
· Saint Anthony’s Dinning Room
· Centerville Free Dining Room
We are truly
humbled by the ability to share our resources to help provide meals
to thousands of individuals each year.
During the recession
of 1993 our founder, Russ Donnici and his wife Debi made the decision
to start the first and only non-profit tax-exempt organization dedicated
to helping others.
The legal and
accounting process began and in 1995 Outreach Heating & Cooling,
Inc. was formed and recognized by the Internal Revenue Service as
a tax-exempt organization.

We sincerely
believe that our commitment to the community and serving others
was a part of the reason we were selected as “The Best HVAC
Contractor To Work For in The Western United States” in 2001.
As well as our selection to receive the “Hank Tedesco Small
Business Excellence Award” in 2003 by the San Jose Silicon
Valley Chamber of Commerce.
These awards
as well as our “2004 Design Build Contractor of the Year”
award can be viewed by clicking on the Awards button at the top
